TERMS OF SERVICE
TOS for ALL Commissions+ Payment must be done via Paypal or Stripe invoice+ Full or 50% payment is preferred upfront, and work will not begin until first or only invoice is filled+ For commissions over $100, payment plans can be discussed but an initial payment must be done before work begins+ Neither cancellations nor refunds are possible unless I cancel on my end for being unable to complete the work (proportional to project completion)+ Commission completion time averages 2-6 weeks from invoice filled for illustrations, and 4-8 weeks for vtuber comms, however, no deadline is in place unless specified+ Updates will be given every 1-2 weeks+ You may not use your commission for physical merchandise, but we can discuss you paying an additional fee/royalty to do so (contact me)+ You may never use your commission for NFT creation or anything related to NFTs+ You may never use your commission on AI websites or feed my art to AI generators etcAdditional TOS for Vtuber Models + Rigs+ All vtuber art and rig commissions come with commercial use privileges for stream and content creation+ You assume all responsibility for being able to run the model upon delivery (PC specs, etc). A set-up guide will be provided+ You are not allowed to resell a model I’ve worked on for more than you paid me originally, and you must contact me when doing so so I know who is rightfully using a model+ You must credit me as your L2D art or rig parent in your Twitter bio and/or content creation site bio as long as you use my commissioned model regularly (on a set schedule and/or as the face of your brand)+ You may not edit or commission another artist to edit models or rigs done by me without my permission+ You will NOT receive a layered PSD if you order both art + rig from me (package)Design Do’s and Don’tsI retain the right to deny any commission request for any reason, without explanation. Common reasons would be my not being confident in tackling your request or subject matter that makes me uncomfortable.I will not take on projects related to NFTs or of characters whose copyright you do not own (licensed anime characters, Pokemon, etc).
